1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- Customers must check all ordered products at the time of delivery. In case of any damage, the customer must return the damaged product to the delivery person immediately. After delivery is completed, damaged products will not be accepted for return.
- The purchased product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- The product must be intact with its original packaging, price tags, labels, and accessories.
- In case of any issue with size, colour, or quality, return requests must be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- Once received, the returned product must pass our quality inspection process.
2. Return Request Process
For return requests, customers must contact our support team through the Contact Us page.
- In the Send Us a Message section, fill in all the required details along with the Order ID and attach clear images of the product.
- Alternatively, email us at shop@zukora.in with the order details and product images.
3. Return Verification Process
After receiving your returned product, it will go through a quality check procedure:
- If approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment source or applicable refund mode within a maximum of 7 days.
- If rejected, the item will be shipped back to your registered address.
4. Refund Process and Timeline
4.1 Refund Modes
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be issued through bank transfer or cash, depending on availability and feasibility.
4.2 Timeline of Refund
Refunds are usually processed within a maximum of 7 days after the product successfully passes our quality inspection. In case of a high volume of requests, the refund process may take a little longer.
4.3 Non-Refundable Elements
- Shipping or convenience fees, if any.
- Charges incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
5. Cancellation
- Customers can cancel their order anytime from the Order section until the order has been dispatched.
- Once the order is out for delivery, customers cannot cancel it from the Order section.
- If the order is already out for delivery, customers must notify us on our customer care number: +91 8460230544.
- Once the order has been delivered, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

- Refunds are issued only after the successful inspection of returned products.
